It is hard to define the feelings and emotions running through our minds at this moment. After months of endless meetings, crazy schedules while seeing patients at the same time and coordinating all the hard and tiring work that goes into making such an event happen, this is the day we get to unveil the Signature Smiles Dental Centre brand, for all to see.

Announcing the launch of our rebranded new clinic is super exciting, exhilarating even, but scary and even intimidating at times. What if no one shows up? What if our dental clinic doesn’t appeal to the very wonderful clients that we hope to see, and get to see leave, with their smiles brighter? What if our generally hilarious MC tells a joke and no one laughs, and we end up with egg on our face? What if someone actually throws physical eggs on our faces? (Well, maybe not on our faces).

So many fears… but you know what? It all worked out beautifully. Seeing you, and you, and yes, you too, there, made all the difference. You showed up, all glammed up, laughing at the MCs jokes, generally having a good time and as you did, so did we. We loosened up, we smiled, our fears slowly fading into the subconscious, and for that, we are eternally grateful to you.

• Why the rebrand you ask? Well, our main goal in rebranding as Signature Smiles Dental centre is to provide our clients, staff and other stakeholders with a more intuitive and client centred experience that clearly, and boldly we daresay, states who we are, what we stand for, and what we can and will work to achieve for you, and to each one of our stakeholders. The clinic features a refreshed new look, as well as our renewed commitment to serve each of our clients to the best possible level, an aspect that we trust will make your overall oral wellness journey even better.

Our team, the equipment, the ambience, the piped auditory experience (Yes. You heard me right – or rather, read me right. We did it!), the demure scents and fragrances at the clinic, the restrained colours, the diffused lighting, we mean; all in place. For you.  This is, truly, home.

• It’s a new day, with new beginnings, through and through. Our rebrand is not just on the physical space. Our inner workings and wiring are new as well. You can expect more compassionate care, more diligent engagement, and without a doubt, a superior dental experience when you visit Signature Smiles Dental Centre. Meet your friends here when you visit. They know a thing, or everything, about your smile, and they can’t afford to have you walk around anyhow anyhow –pardon my French (if you know, you know *wink*)
